Its isn’t my first time visiting Cambodia for CIP purpose . This trip is the trip that I enjoyed the most . I really learnt a lot of things through this trip . On the way to the village , the ride was so bumpy that make my head giddy but I’m able to survive through it .
It’s my first time staying in home stay . Before I going Cambodia , I through that the home stay will be horrible but after I saw those mattress and netting , I find its better than camping in school . The home stay may not be as comfort as our own home but the villagers there try their best to make our stay a comfortable one . At chombok village , I find everyone very friendly especially the Mr cham and also the children there . They might be poor but they don’t feel bad about it and stay cheerful and appreciate what they had .

Through the making of Bio filter , I’m able to work with team mates that I initially not very close to . The process might be tough but when all of us wok together as a team , the work load on each other is lighter . Before the trip , I thought that the filter will not be a success but in the end we succeed . All of us were so happy when we saw there’s clean water coming out from the tap .
We visited the Tuol Sleng Museum and killing field on our last day . I really feel very fortunate that I’m a Singaporean . I’m also very surprise that how they manage to accept their past generation wrong doing and take it as a lesson for them . Honestly , I’m quite afraid when I visit the Museum and also the killing field . I don’t dare to step on the blood stained on the ground . The place is really saddening , thousands of innocent people die .
I really learnt a lot through this trip , learn to appreciate what I have ; water , food and a comfort life I have and also be proud as a Singaporean , be glad and lucky that we have capable government we have .
