Confident Person , Active Contributor & Concerned Citizen

Confident Person
To be a confident person, one must be able to speak up in front of everyone. Although I am in NPCC, I am not confident enough. Thus from this trip, I hope to learn & be a more confident person in the future.

Active Contributor
I like to be in a group, thus i will be contributing more in group work. Thus I will be able to contribute as mush as possible. If I contribute more, I will be able to get along well with my group members.

Concerned Citizen
A concerned citizen must be able to take care of his/her group members & everyone else, even those that you do not know.

Confident Person :
To me , I think that a confident person must be someone that can present himself/herself confidently and has the courage to speak up in front of a large group of people. Also, a confident person will be able to make their own decision wisely and not sway to the flow. To be a leader , we must be confident so that  we will be able to lead others well and let others follow us.

Active contributor :
An active contributor is someone who always contributes during group discussion and other activities. They always provide the group with suggestions to improve on the idea. They make themselves more involved in the discussion so that it will keep on going.

Concerned citizen :
A concerned citizen takes care of other people's well being. They are sensitive to other people's needs. Also, they respected and care for others , which is what a leader should do . We should not only care about ourselves, instead , we should always lend a helping hand to other people.

Confident person: To me, a confident person Is someone who have the courage to speak up InFront of a crowd. Even if they are scare, at least they should not find reason to get over it like skipping it or ask someone to hanger to Job of speaking with him. More over, he/she should have a confident of not failing as every great achievement was once counted impossible, as long as he have confident in himself, at the end of the day he would have a harvest.

Active contributor: An active contributor is someone who works closely with his/her group closely, able to go on searching on much more information,That they are assign on. Not only this, they are to be able to lift up the sprit of the whole group to make each other much more bonded together So as to make the whole group to be a active contributor like him/she

Concerned citizen: it is someone who cares for not only himself but the surrounding area around him. They are people who would not find tons of reason to skip the cip program that the school hve given them, but they should find tons of reason to join them. Not only that, if they had cr across any friend who litter or do anything bad to our area, they should be able to walk up and stop them.

CONFIDENT LEADER : A CONFIDENT PERSON IS SOMEONE WHO HAD CONFIDENT WITH WHAT THEY DO AND THEY KNOW THAT WHAT IS THE RIGHT THING AND WHEN IS THE RIGHT TIME TO DO. AS A LEADER, THEY NEED TO MOVE THE FIRST STEP IN ORDER TO ALLOW HIS/HER FRIEND TO FOLLOW AND CHALLENGE ALL THE DIFFICULTIES.


AN ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR : TO ME, AN ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR IS SOMEONE WHO CONTRIBUTE THINGS TO OTHER PEOPLE WHO NEED IT MORE. THEY ALSO CONTRIBUTE SOME IMPORTANT INFORMATION TO THE TEAM WHEN IT CAME TO A GROUP DISCUSSION AND NOT SITTING THERE DAY-DREAMING.


A CONCERNED CITIZEN : FOR ME, A CONCERNED CITIZEN IS SOMEONE WHO CONCERNED AND CARE FOR THE OTHERS. THEY DID NOT JUST CARE ABOUT THEMSELVES BUT ALSO OTHERS. THEY ALSO HELP OTHERS WHEN OTHERS IS IN NEED.

Confident Person, Active Contributor and Concerned Citizen.

CONFIDENT PERSON :  A confident person means that we are not afraid of trying, even though we know that we might fail. We have to fail, in order to succeed in the things that we are doing. Therefore, we have to be confident and try out the things that we would like to do, so that we would be able to learn from our mistakes and succeed the next time.

ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR : As an active contributor, we have to try our best and be willing to give things that we have to someone else who needs it more than us. We should also be actively involved in the task given to us, such as giving our own personal ideas to the group, which might help in completing the task.



CONCERNED CITIZEN  : A concerned citizen is someone who cares about their surroundings. We have to be sensitive to the needs of others, in order for us to help others. A concerned citizen does not only care about his/her own country, instead, a concerned citizen would take the little extra effort more than the others to be aware of other countries' condition.

Confident person ~ : A confident leader is someone who has confident and is able to speak in front of many people . They lead people with confident and these can be seen clearly from their own action and word . It is important for a leader to have lots of confident as this enable their people to trust their's decision and follow it . It is difficult for your followers To have confident in you if you , yourself don't even have confident with your own decisions .

Active contributor ~ : active contributor is someone who is always contributing during the group discussion . They contribute willingly . They always give ideas and not keeping quiet , not giving any contribution to the group . They will always keep themselves involved and active during discussion . 

Concerned citizen ~ : a concerned citizen is someone who is always taking care of people well being . They won't only care for themselves but their friends, family and the citizen . They are always alerted with   News not only within Singapore but other countries . They will try their best to help the needy by donating old clothes and stationary for the needy .
