Confident Leader: A confident leader is someone who is confident about his or her own actions and knows what he or she is doing whether it is the appropriate thing to do at the correct timing. A confident leader plays a very important role as it takes a confident person to guide the rest of the team when the team starts to panic as the confident person is sure that what he will be able to the right thing.

Active Contributor: As a active contributor, they will try to give out things that they have to help the people that need it more or it may be someone who keeps contributing information and ideas to the team which is very helpful and also plays quite a important role in a team as it can help to team to be more creative in coming out products

Concerned Citizen: A concerned citizen is someone who will not hesistate to help someone on the street if they are in need and does not only care about him/herself but will also care for people all around him or her and even people he or she does not even know

Confident person, Active contributor, Concerned citizen

Confident person, to me, how confident a person is could be seen by the way they speak to a group of people and also, do they have the courage to speak out. I feel that a leader should have confident in order to lead others well and of course people are willing to listen to them as a result. Confident person must be determine on what they do and not be influence by others so easily.

Active contributor, active contributor should be willingly and actively contributing to the group, which means and active contributor should be proactive where they do not just sit around looking at the rest, they will take the initiatives to do thing without being told. For example, a teacher asking for help, an active contributor should volunteer him or herself without being ask,force but instead, willingly to help.

Concerned citizen, a concerned citizen cares about their society, like letting themselves involve in CIP to help others like ageing citizen and needy people. Concerned citizen must also be awar and alert on their surrounding on how to serve their society better.

THE THREE C'S, CONFIDENT PERSON ,ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR AND CONCERNED CITIZEN. 




CONFIDENT PERSON : I think that a confident person to me is that he or she will be able to do anything in front of the crowd without being scared. He or she will have a stand of what is right and wrong without any people opinion this will allow that person to do things without failure as it allow the person to have the 50% passing rate of thinking. It makes a person to do things that some normal people could not do when a person is confident he or she will make it hard to fail stuffs.


ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR : A active contributor will form a team of people without problems as he will get along with people easily. He will do stuffs that people will not do such as: going to old folks home to do cip, he will give ideas to the others more than the others.


CONCERNED CITIZEN : A concerned citizen will help out with people that are in need without getting anything in return.If he or she see anything that is wrong he or she will take a step to help out the person that got anything wrong.He or she knows what is happening around him or she.

CONFIDENT PERSON :)
Personally, I think that to be a confident person, he/she must have confidence in whatever he/she does, no matter in doing what, confidence is very important. With confidence, we can do things better and do things more efficiently, for example,when speaking in front of a big crowd. That needs a lot of confidence too, he/she needs to face the crowd and speak whats on his/her mind. Without confidence, one may not even dare to stand on the stage. We also need confidence for many other things in life. And also, having confidence will also make you do things more efficiently, for example, making choices in life, when you choose something, have confidence in it, so that you wouldn't have to spend too much time of your life on it,  and can proceed to do other things in your life and make other decision, making a change in it. But also, one cannot be over-confident too:)

ACTIVE CONTRIBUTOR :)
To me, active contributor means to contibute actively to your group/task. When doing group work, an active contributor will keep contributing, and also keep helping the group towards its success, giving useful and helpful materials/information for its group. When one is an active contributor, it will help the group a lot as he/she may give ideas that the others may not even have thought of it. I feel that its important to be an active contributor as it will also help one develop its interaction skill and also by helping others, you may also learn something from it through that contribution.

CONCERNED CITIZEN :)
To be a concerned citizen, he/she not only care for himself/herself or only care for their family members, but will also care for the whole society. The surroundings, the people, and everything and anything. I feel that its an important value for a leader as anything may happen at any time and a leader need to know about it so that he/she can lead a group of people out of the problem.

Confident Person , Active Contriubutor , Concerned citizen.

Confident Person - I think a confident person is somebody who will be daring and courageous in doing anything , they will also try again if they failed and not give up. A confident person will be able to speak in front of large crowd as they won't be afraid to allow people to see how they look , the way they speak as they have self-esteem. Also a confident person can be known easily , because when they are not successful at any point of time , they will not dwell over it , instead , find ways to improve themselves and then stand up again . Those with low confidence will just give up eventually .

Active Contributor - As a active contributor , they will try their best to contribute in any way they can help. Like for example , if they don't have this certain thing and the donation only allow this certain things , they will ask from their friends so that they can at least contribute a little . Second example , when there's group discussion and everyone is suppose to give ideas , they will participate actively and contribute as many ideas as possible .

Concerned Citizen - Concerned citizen is a person who cares about their country , the society and their surroundings . They will care also care about stuffs that does not matter to them and think of ways to help .

This what i think about a confident person , active contributor and concerned citizen .

A Confident leader, Active Contributor and Concerned Citizen

I think that a Confident leader means alot about how can lead his followers. Confident leader knows what he is doing,speaking and even know his goal. He would also be able to guide others using his own common sense and not by following others . He will also have iniative to do anythings without being told.The confidence in himself would also give others a good impression of him to others as the rest will know he is doing the right things,  and also know that he will give the right instuctions to follow. He will also be able to do anything without hesitating which would lead him to a succesful future. This is what i feel a confident leader means. :)

I also think an Active contributor means actually having iniative. This person would always be able to help the team in everyway by giving useful and necessary ideas to not only help his group but develop him to a better person. The person would also help his group in any circumstances as he had already developed a good habit of always contributing which would help in his future also. Thus i feel this is what a Active contributor means. :)

And i also think a Concerned Citizen means thinking about others. I also think that he is a person who put others before himself which is also a important quality for a leader. He would not only think about his well being but also about other people's feeling. He would also know international news and not just local news as a concerned citizen would be exposed to any situatuion.  I also feel that it is important quality for leaders. as anything can happen any moment and it id important that leaders can still lead well. It also help us gain respect from others. So i think this is what it means. :)

Developing and cultivating the three skills.

Confident Person : In my most humble opinion, a confident person would always know what he or she is doing without doubt. A confident person would be able to tell what is wrong and right in any circumstances. Having a confident person in your group would already help you win half of the war because the group would not need to be troubled in making any choices or work as the confident person would be there to solve all the problems. However, being too confident could also be a problem in life as it would cause someone to be complecent and would not be alert enough if there is any mistakes.

Active Contributor : An active contributor would always be there for the team and provide fruitful informations and ideas. An active contributor would always be on the go to give a helping hand despite facing any predicament. I think that it is great to be an active contributor as people would be able to learn from you and this could also strengthen one's confidence as it would take one to speak up among others and as a result becoming outstanding. 

Concerned Citizen : A concerned citizen is someone who cares for almost everything in the surrounding. With a concerned citizen, it would be a definate gained as it would help to ensure that the surrounding is safe for everyone. A concernced citizen would always have the potential to become a leader in the near future with all the promising qualities. 

My opinions on the three skills :D I hope everyone would be able to learn them and also apply it in their daily lifes :) Cheers.
